Cette prestigieuse villa située dans la région de Parme et toujours à vendre a été construite en 1827 par la duchesse Maria Luisa d'Autriche, Duchesse de Parme, sur un bâtiment préexistant, le Casinetto Fedolfi, pour l'utiliser comme résidence d'été pour ses enfants. L'architecte de la cour, Paolo Gazzola, en charge des travaux, a réalisé plusieurs extensions sur la base des plans provenant de Palladio. Questa villa prestigiosa sita nel territorio di Parma e tutt'ora in vendita venne fatta costruire nel 1827 dalla duchessa Maria Luisa d'Austria, Duchessa di Parma, su un preesistente edificio, il Casinetto Fedolfi, per destinarla a residenza estiva dei suoi figli. L'architetto di corte, Paolo Gazzola, incaricato dei lavori, apportò diversi ampliamenti rifacentesi a schemi provenienti dal Palladio. A seguito della rielaborazione, l'immobile di lusso perse le sue primitive caratteristiche di casino di caccia per assumere quelle di villa neoclassica ed immobile di pregio. Nel nuovo edificio in stile tardo-impero, dalla superficie di 400 mq disposti su quattro piani, le facciate nord e sud vennero differenziate: la prima fu arricchita da un lungo porticato, la seconda scandita da lesene ed archi semiaggettanti.
