The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk (even less) from the Historic Center of Córdoba, meeting the old wall that surrounded the old city and that you can cross it through the SEVILLA DOOR giving access to the San Basilio neighborhood, one of the neighborhoods of the Jewish quarter very famous for being the unique Cordovan Patios.
The Barrio de San Basilio, also known as Alcázar Viejo, is dominated by the medieval Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos and its terraced gardens. Visitors stroll through the area's flowery tiled courtyards. Horse shows are held in the Royal Stables. The square gate of the Torre de Belén is part of the original city walls. The whitewashed shuttered houses hide traditional taverns and tapas bars.

Además, el apartamento dispone una cocina totalmente equipada que le permitirá desayunar o cocinar sus platos favoritos y una zona de comedor. Además cuenta con dos baños para tener una agradable ducha que le dejará como nuevo.
El apartamento se dispondrá con el número de habitaciones necesarias para cubrir el número de huespes indicados en su reserva. El resto de habitaciones disponibles permanecerá cerradas sin disponibilidad para ningún otro huesped, quedando a su disposición el resto del apartamento para su total disfrute.A destacar cabe que el apartamento se encuentra totalmente climatizado lo que le permitirá una estancia confortable y dispone de Internet mediante Wifi Gratis por todo el apartamento, permitiendole estar siempre conectado con su familiares o amigos y compartir esas fotos realizadas durante la jornada. El apartamento se encuentra a tan solo un paseo de 5 minutos (incluso menos) del Centro Histórico de Córdoba, encontrandose con la antigua muralla que cercaba la antigua ciudad y que podrá atravesarla a traves de la PUERTA SEVILLA dando acceso al Barrio de San Basilio, uno de los barrios de la judería muy famoso por encontrarse los singulares Patios Cordobeses.
El Barrio de San Basilio, también conocido como Alcázar Viejo, está dominado por el medieval Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos y sus jardines en terrazas. Los visitantes pasean por los floridos patios con azulejos de la zona. En las Caballerizas Reales se celebran espectáculos ecuestres. La puerta cuadrada de la Torre de Belén forma parte de las murallas originales de la ciudad. Las casas encaladas con contraventanas esconden tabernas y bares de tapas tradicionales.A partir de aquí con un paseo de unos 10-15 minutos llegará La Mezquita, y los rincones más bonitos de la ciudad.Normas y Condiciones:- En primer lugar, disfrutar mucho de Córdoba.
- La hora de llegada puede ser a partir de las 16:00 ( consultar antes de reservar, posibilidad de llegar antes)- La hora de salida debe ser antes de las 11:00 máximo.
- Llegada después de las 20:00. Pago en efectivo de 20€ en la entrega de llaves. No se aceptan llegadas más tarde de las 1:00 am- Presentación de pasaportes y/o Documento Nacional de Identidad a través de nuestra aplicación para la transmisión de datos a la Policía Nacional de España. Obligatorio por Ley.
- Uso responsable de la energía eléctrica.
- Prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento.
- No dejar las llaves puestas en la cerradura de la puerta por dentro. En el caso que se dejen las llaves puestas y no podamos entrar, se les cobrará el servicio del cerrajero urgente ( 150€).
- Pérdida de las llaves del apartamento. Se cobrará el importe de las copias de las mismas.
- Objetos perdidos. La empresa no se responsabilizará de los objetos olvidados en el apartamento y que no sean encontrados por nuestro personal de limpieza. Revise bien antes de abandonar el apartamento.
- Envío de objetos olvidados. En el caso de que encontremos un objeto olvidado en el apartamento, podemos enviárselos a su domicilio a portes debidos, previo pago del servicio/ gestión del envío de 50€.
- Respetar horarios de descanso de los vecinos. Desde las 14h hasta las 17h y a partir de las 22h. No causar molestias por ruido.
- No se admiten mascotas.
