The apartment has been recently renovated with the comfort of our visitors in mind. The apartment is a Loft-type space where there is a nice space with a double bed and a folding bed for a third person. In addition, it has a large space where the living room with TV, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) are combined. with everything you need so you can prepare your favorite breakfasts or dishes. In a separate and independent room you will find a dressing room and a large bathroom with a shower equipped with towels, shower gel and shampoo. Everything you need for a relaxing shower.
Due to its location, it is one of the apartments preferred by our clients, given that it is a stone's throw from the Palacio de la Merced, a few minutes away from the square where you can visit the famous figure of 'El Cristo de Los Faroles', a a walk of about 10 minutes will reach the Mosque-Cathedral, 300 meters away you will find the Roman Temple with its impressive columns, the Viana Palace, the Jewish quarter with its narrow streets and flowery patios. At about 400 meters you can enjoy the Plaza de La Corredera, with its open-air terraces to enjoy the gastronomy and shows. A few minutes' walk away you can enjoy the Ruta de Los Patios Cordobeses with its pots full of colorful flowers.

Rules and Conditions:
- First of all, enjoy Córdoba a lot.- Arrival time can be from 4:00 p.m. (check before booking, possibility of arriving earlier), until 8:00 p.m.
Check arrival availability after 20:00 PM.
- The departure time must be before 11:00 maximum.- Presentation of passports and/or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain. Mandatory by Law.- Responsible use of electricity.- No smoking inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside. In the event that the keys are left on and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€150).- Loss of apartment keys. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for forgotten objects in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Sending of forgotten objects. In the event that we find a forgotten object in the apartment, we can send it to your address postage due, upon payment of €50 for the service/management of the shipment.- Respect rest schedules of neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. Do not cause noise disturbance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed. El apartamento ha sido recientemente reformado pensando en el confort de nuestros visitantes. El apartamento es un espacio tipo Loft donde se dispone de un bonito espacio con cama de matrimonio y cama plegable para una tercera persona. Además, dispone de un amplio espacio donde se combina la sala de estar con TV, la zona comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada (lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico - congerlador, vitrocerámica, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, etc.), con todo lo necesario para que puedas preparar sus desayunos o platos favoritos. En una estancia separada e independiente encontraras un vestidor y un gran baño con ducha equipada con toallas, gel de baño y champú. Todo lo necesario para una ducha relajante.
Por su ubicación, es uno de los apartamentos preferidos por nuestros clientes, dado que se encuentra a un paso del Palacio de la Merced, a pocos minutos se localiza la plaza donde podrá visitar la famosa figura de 'El Cristo de Los Faroles', a un paseo de unos 10 minutos llegará a la Mezquita – Catedral, a 300 metros localizarás el Templo Romano con sus impresionantes Columnas, el palacio de Viana, la Judería con sus estrechas calles y patios floreados . A unos 400 metros podrás disfrutar de la Plaza de La Corredera, con sus terrazas al aire libre para disfrutar de la gastronomía y espectáculos. A un paseo de pocos minutos podrás disfrutar de la Ruta de Los Patios Cordobeses con sus macetas llenas de flores coloridas.
No olvides de disfrutar de CÓRDOBA y durante su estancia en nuestro apartamento rogamos lo cuiden y sean respetuosos. Normas y Condiciones:
- En primer lugar, disfrutar mucho de Córdoba.
- La hora de llegada puede ser a partir de las 16:00 (consultar antes de reservar, posibilidad de llegar antes), hasta las 20:00 PM.
Consultar disponibilidad de llegada después de las 20:00 PM.
- La hora de salida debe ser antes de las 11:00 máximo.
- Presentación de pasaportes y/o Documento Nacional de Identidad a través de nuestra aplicación para la transmisión de datos a la Policía Nacional de España. Obligatorio por Ley.
- Uso responsable de la energía eléctrica.
- Prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento.
- No dejar las llaves puestas en la cerradura de la puerta por dentro. En el caso que se dejen las llaves puestas y no podamos entrar, se les cobrará el servicio del cerrajero urgente (150€).
- Pérdida de las llaves del apartamento. Se cobrará el importe de las copias de las mismas.
- Objetos perdidos. La empresa no se responsabilizará de los objetos olvidados en el apartamento y que no sean encontrados por nuestro personal de limpieza. Revise bien antes de abandonar el apartamento.
- Envío de objetos olvidados. En el caso de que encontremos un objeto olvidado en el apartamento, podemos enviárselos a su domicilio a portes debidos, previo pago del servicio/ gestión del envío de 50€.
- Respetar horarios de descanso de los vecinos. Desde las 14h hasta las 17h y a partir de las 22h. No causar molestias por ruido.
- No se admiten mascotas.
- No se admiten fiestas o eventos.
