The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and oven as well as an extractor hood, dishwasher and a combination device for washing and drying. Eating and cooking utensils as well as various small appliances are provided. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200). The following linen is provided: duvets, bed linen, towels and pillows. The furnished apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. It is not suitable for a shared apartment. Pets are not allowed. The rent already includes the following costs: heating/gas flat rate, water advance payment, electricity advance payment. You have to pay the broadcasting fee yourself.
