We are abroad for five months and are looking for someone to look after our beautiful apartment during this time. It is ideal for a couple or a family with one child. It's only a three-minute walk to the Gänsemarkt subway stop, and the bus to Schanze and St. Pauli stops right across the street. And in five minutes on foot you are in the middle of the large Planten un Blomen park. The highlight of our apartment is the very large, bright living room with an open kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating and a sunny south-facing balcony. The house is set back from the street, so the apartment is very quiet and you don't hear any traffic noise despite the central location. There is an elevator in the house. We used a shelf to separate the back part of the living room as a children's room, but this could also be turned into a study if desired. We would provide a height-adjustable desk and a comfortable office chair. It's currently in a small corner room, but we'd like to lock it up so we can store our things there. Everything is available in the kitchen - from the toaster to the Thermomix. The bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, a washing machine and dryer and a toilet. A separate guest toilet is also available. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.60 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) next to each other. There is a bicycle rack in the enclosed courtyard. Position It couldn't be more central: the U2 takes you to the main station in less than ten minutes, it's only 600 meters to Jungfernstieg, it's a quarter of an hour walk to the main church of St. Michaelis, as well as to the Rathausmarkt. There are so many bakeries, restaurants and bars in the immediate area that it's impossible to list them all. And the bus to Schanze and St. Pauli stops right on the other side of the street. Miscellaneous We only charge the rent that we pay ourselves. The costs for water, electricity and internet are included in the additional costs. We would like to rent the apartment for at least three months; the beginning and end can be discussed flexibly. Visa fler Visa färre Wir sind für fünf Monate im Ausland und suchen jemanden, der in dieser Zeit auf unsere schöne Wohnung aufpasst. Sie ist ideal für ein Paar oder eine Familie mit einem Kind. Zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Gänsemarkt sind es nur drei Minuten zu Fuß, der Bus Richtung Schanze und St. Pauli hält gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Und in fünf Fußminuten steht man mitten im großen Park Planten un Blomen. Highlight unserer Wohnung ist das sehr große, helle Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, bodentiefen Fenstern, Fußbodenheizung und einem sonnigen Balkon zur Südseite. Das Haus liegt zurückgesetzt von der Straße, die Wohnung ist deshalb sehr ruhig und man hört trotz der zentralen Lage keinen Verkehrslärm. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus. Wir haben mit einem Regal den hinteren Teil des Wohnzimmers als Kinderzimmer abgetrennt, dieses könnte aber auf Wunsch auch in ein Arbeitszimmer verwandelt werden. Einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und einen bequemen Bürostuhl würden wir stellen. Derzeit steht dieser in einem kleinen Eckzimmer, was wir aber gern abschließen würden, um dort unsere Sachen zu lagern. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden - vom Toaster bis zum Thermomix. Im Badezimmer gibt es zwei Waschbecken, eine Badewanne, außerdem Waschmaschine und Trockner und ein WC. Eine separate Gästetoilette ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer stehen ein Doppelbett (1,60 cm) und ein Einzelbett (90 cm) nebeneinander. Im abgeschlossenen Innenhof gibt es einen Fahrradständer. Lage Zentraler geht es nicht: Mit der U2 ist man in weniger als zehn Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, zum Jungfernstieg sind es nur 600 Meter, zur Hauptkirche St. Michaelis ist man in einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß spaziert, ebenso zum Rathausmarkt. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es so viele Bäckereien, Restaurants und Bars, das man sie gar nicht alle aufzählen kann.
