Auf Nachfrage von Fachpersonal wurde uns bestätigt, dass dies nichts mit der Stabilität des Hauses zu tun hat und man sich bzgl. der Risse keine Sorgen machen muss. Es ist ein altes Haus und hat schon immer Risse gehabt, welche sich jedoch im Zuge der Baustelle vervielfältigt haben. Deswegen ist eine Renovierung geplant sobald die Baustelle fertig ist, was wir in 12 Monaten spätestens angehen wollen. Deswegen ist unsere Mietdauer zurzeit auf max. 12 Monate festgelegt. Falls Sie das Haus mieten möchten sollte ihnen jedoch bewusst sein dass zurzeit Risse in den Hauswänden zu sehen sind.
