Il mulino vero e proprio è su due livelli, con due appartamenti trilocali con cucina separata e porticato ciascuno, ed il ristorante al livello sottostante immediatamente in riva al fiume. Altre quattro camere con bagno privato, nell'ex stalla con terrazzo e porticato. Nell'edificio che un tempo era destinato all'allevamento di conigli, sono stati ricavati una sala ricreativa, un terzo appartamento trilocale con ingresso indipendente, un grande magazzino ed un sempre comodo e funzionale laboratorio. La Baita in legno ospita due camere matrimoniali con un bagno. All'interno della proprietà un laghetto con trote e carpe, una piazzola destinata ad area campeggio per tre nuclei. Impianto fotovoltaico di 12 KW, riscaldamento a legna e pellet per il mulino, GPL per gli altri edifici. L'approvvigionamento idrico è garantito sia dell'acquedotto che dal fiume. Sono presenti due fosse imof con filtro anaerobico.

The wooden cabin houses two double bedrooms with a bathroom. Inside the property there is a pond with trout and carp, a pitch intended as a camping area for three families. 12 KW photovoltaic system, wood and pellet heating for the mill, LPG for the other buildings. The water supply is guaranteed both from the aqueduct and from the river. There are two imof pits with anaerobic filter.
