It is a vorera hut-type property on the outskirts of the centre of Maó and a short distance from the heart of the city with all its amenities. The house was built in 1956 and renovated in 2000, distributed on a single floor facing southeast. A stone staircase leads to the terrace with beautiful views of a beach with a pier and the entrance to the port of Maó. Se trata de una vivienda tipo caseta de vorera a las afueras del centro de Maó y a poca distancia del corazón de la ciudad con todas sus comodidades. Por una escalera de piedra, se accede a la terraza con preciosas vistas a una playa con embarcadero y a la entrada del puerto de Maó. Desde esta terraza, llegamos a la vivienda donde encontramos un salón-comedor con un gran ventanal que da a esta misma terraza y proporciona mucha luminosidad. El salón da paso a una cocina equipada. A continuación, se presenta la zona de noche con un dormitorio doble con armarios empotrados y baño privado, dos dormitorios dobles con armarios empotrados y un dormitorio individual, así como un baño para darles servicio.
