Está completamente acristalada para disfrutarla todo el año. El baño también ha sido totalmente renovado con una moderna ducha italiana y tiene una ventana al exterior. La cocina ha sido también aprovechada a su máximo añadiendo muebles donde encajar la lavadora y el lavavajillas. Es semi abierta al comedor pero se podría fácilmente abrir por completo si deseado.
