It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this two-bedroom apartment situated in the popular complex Azahara 1 with a great view of Aloha golf club, the famous mountain La Concha and a partial sea view from the covered terrace and with all you need for a chilled out holiday just walking distance.The apartment features with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living and dining room that opens up to the terrace. It also has a small private roof terrace. Within the gated complex there is community swimming pool (saltwater) that is children friendly and the apartment includes private, under roof parking.The apartment is fully fitted as a holiday home. Only a few minutes walking distance away you can find shops, restaurants and paddle/tennis club.
