The property set in a park of about 10,000 square meters including tall trees, flowering bushes, rose gardens, essences, a tennis court and bowling lane, exudes emotions and hints of the past. The stucco walls and ceilings, the exposed concrete inserts, the solid wood paneling, the Verona red, Portuguese pink and Biancone Valpolicella marble floors, the full-height open spaces with central fireplace, as well as the staircase, convey an architectural harmony and a feeling of comfort that only the ingenious planning of a globally recognized architect, also a teacher at the Polytechnic University of Milan, can give.
