This building has a lot of character and features with vaulted stone ceilings an old stone fireplace, a traditional old French bar and a living area.
There is potential for more renovations if wanted.The building is 300 Square meters with ground floor and two floors above, there is kitchen dining room and bar on ground floor with bedrooms on the upper floors.The region is a very popular tourist area in the south of France with many sporting activities and the famous gorge of the Ardeche .We are well situated being one hour from Avingnon , Nimes and Uzes.ABOUT THE AREAVagnas is a commune in the Ardèche department in southern France.The oldest houses of the village date from the fourteenth century and are built largely with stones taken from the priory Monastier, which was used as a quarry after it was abandoned around 1300. Do not miss visiting the museum with furniture found during the excavation of Monastier, the ruins of Monastier located 2 km north of the village, the washing of the monks, who planted the Stone is the milestone XXXI track Roman of Antoninus Pius, the dolmen Champagnac, the stone bridges of Rieusset, fountains … Several marked hiking trails allow visitors to discover the beautiful surrounding countryside.Events animate the village during the year and vary depending on opportunities. The patent for boar hunting opens the year in March, followed by the Carnival of the school where Carmentran always ends badly. Pasquette, Easter Monday, the villagers gather for a great festive picnic, followed by a paella to May. In late June, it’s time to celebrate the school. Theater, dances and concerts follow over the summer. A great ride is held on Sunday, the Heritage Days to discover the heritage of the town. A large garage sales taking place the last Sunday in September, followed by castagnade the second Sunday of October and the Christmas market on the last Saturday of November.
