Set in a small hamlet on the Causse between Caylus and Limogne en Quercy, this large, beautiful building will appeal to lovers of stone houses. It's not often that you come across such a fine renovation that has been carried out over time, preserving the old and original features and combining them with quality materials. There are two entrances to the house, one from the garden and the other from the front. You arrive directly in the large kitchen/dining room or in an entrance hall that leads to a lounge (with wood-burning stove) and the two bedrooms, shower room and wc. On the same level, another large lounge (with wood-burning stove) and a dining room are enhanced by a mezzanine that doubles as a small sitting room... On the second floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom have been converted under the rafters. On the ground floor, a fully-equipped studio with its own entrance can be used for entertaining or renting out... Two terraces overlook the garden, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine at different times of the day. The 7,000 m² of flat, wooded grounds are sheltered from view. One of the many qualities of this house is the presence of a watchtower, which is rare in the area... and the fact that the oldest part dates from the 18th century... This is a rare property on the market, and I'd be delighted to show it to you!
