L'ampia sala da pranzo è dotata di TV satellitare, aria condizionata con pompa di riscaldamento, comodi divani e poltrone e un grande tavolo per 6 persone. La cucina separata è attrezzata con fornelli a gas e forno. Il piano terra si completa con un bagno con vasca e radiatore elettrico dove troverete anche la lavatrice.
