A shower bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. Two of them feature a double bed and the last one has twin beds. All are air-conditioned and with a closet. Hier finden 6 Gäste ein zweites Zuhause. Im Sommer findet das Leben hier hauptsächlich im Freien statt - vor allem die große Terrasse macht Lust auf ein Barbecue! Diese Terrasse führt direkt in die Küche und wird von einem Sonnendach vor der ärgsten Hitze geschützt. Die hintere Veranda ist auch schön zum Entspannen, vor allem die Hängematte lässt ein echtes Urlaubsgefühl aufkommen! Von der Veranda aus gelangt man ins Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse auf der ersten Etage lädt mit zwei Liegen zum Sonnenbaden ein. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und es gibt direkte Nachbarn. Die Zimmer verteilen sich gekonnt auf 120 m2 und zwei Etagen. Die Innenausstattung ist mediterran und freundlich gehalten, sodass man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Das Wohn-Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Sofa und Esstisch für vier Gäste ist ein schönes Plätzchen zum Relaxen. In der Küche findet man ein Cerankochfeld, einige Kochutensilien und einen Geschirrspüler. Ein weitere Tisch mit vier Stühlen ist hier ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Waschküche ist mit Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett gut ausgestattet. Ein Duschbad befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Alle Sonnenanbeter können sich auch auf den Stränden Es Molí de s’Estany, Ses Covetes und s’Arenal d'en Tem eine schön gebräunten Teint zulegen.
