In front there is a pedestrian promenade, so there is no noise from cars. In Calafell everything is at hand and you don't need the car but we have a parking space in the annex building. The floor was recently painted.
You will be welcome to my house all those respectful and responsible people, who take care of the stay as if it were their own. I only ask that you leave the apartment as it was and if you need help with cleaning, there is the possibility of hiring it extra for €60.
Calafell is a fishing and tourist town, especially in summer, full of life, restaurants and shops, with a large and safe beach, which covers little when entering.
Very well connected to the train station which is 2 blocks away.
You can go on excursions to other charming towns in the province of Tarragona and Barcelona.
It is not allowed to smoke in the house, to have parties, or to bring animals or pets. Visa fler Visa färre Es un apartamento muy tranquilo e ideal para disfrutar del mar y las vistas ya que está situado a 8 pisos de altura y en primera línea de playa. Todas las estancias tienen mucha luz y entra el sol por la mañana. La terraza frente al mar es una maravilla.
Delante hay un paseo peatonal, por lo que no hay ruidos de coches. En Calafell todo está a mano y no precisas el coche pero disponemos de una plaza de parking en el edificio anexo. El piso se pintó recientemente.
Seréis bienvenidos a mi casa todas aquellas personas respetuosas y responsables, que cuiden la estancia como si fuese suya. Sólo pido que se deje el apartamento como estaba y si se precisa ayuda con la limpieza, existe la posibilidad de contratarla de manera extra por 60€.
Calafell es un pueblo pesquero y turístico especialmente en verano, lleno de vida, restaurantes y comercios, con una playa grande y segura, que cubre poco al entrar.
Muy bien comunicado con la estación de tren que está a 2 manzanas.
Puedes hacer excursiones por otros pueblos con encanto de la provincia de Tarragona y Barcelona.
