Muy luminoso, y con todas las instalaciones nuevas.Salón con Smart TV, cocina con lavavajillas, lavadero con lavadora y secadora, plancha... dos baños, tres habitaciones y una terraza con sofás y mesa para disfrutar de los días de verano que se avecinan con los compañeros y amigos de la universidad.La habitación que se alquila es muy luminosa, y los muebles son nuevos desde las mesitas auxiliares, lámpara, armario, cama de 135cm, almohada visco confort, sábanas y edredón, zapatero y escritorio.Hay otras dos habitaciones con las misma condiciones pero más pequeñas que también se pueden alquilarWifi gratuito en toda la casa.
