The bedroom has a large window that gives light to the room and at the same time gives you those views of the guimar valley to contemplate the grandeur of nature. El apartamento esta ubicado en la zona del Puertito de Guimar que destaca por sus playas tranquilas y un pequeño muelle que se ha convertido en una de las zonas de baño mas recomendadas de esta zona de la isla.
El apartamento esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y integrada en un complejo residencial que dispone de una piscina que puede ser disfrutada por los huespedes durante su estancia. Su diáfana decoración contrasta con el mosaico de colores que se despliega en sus ventanales: los tonos azules del cielo y el color café de las montañas (donde, en ocasiones, incluso pueden vislumbrarse las cumbres nevadas en invierno).
El apartamento cuenta con un amplio salón-comedor donde los huéspedes podrán elegir entre sentarse en su sofá cama con las impresionantes vistas de la montaña como telón de fondo o disfrutar de un desayuno o comida con una panorámica privilegiada desde la terraza.
El dormitorio posee una gran cristalera que da luminosidad a la habitacion y al mismo tiempo le da esas vistas del valle de guimar para contemplar la grandiosidad de la naturaleza. De este modo, se convierte en un rincón acogedor y, a la vez, muy luminoso del apartamento.
La cocina, acogedora pero completamente equipada, cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y con una pequeña barra americana que conectando la cocina y el salon. El apartamento cuenta con un cuarto de baño con bañera y todo lo necesario para su estancia.Este alojamiento dispone de servicio de parking privado gratuito dentro del mismo edifico para nuestros huéspedes. Se les facilitara el mando junto a las llaves del apartamento.
El apartamento dispone de acceso a la piscina comunitaria del edificio residencial que cuenta con una amplia zona de solarium con hamacas y ducha exterior.Está ubicado a 5 minutos a pie del Paseo de las Palmeras que bordea el mar por toda la costa del Puertito de Guimar. Tan sólo tienes que cruzar la calle para encontrar una de las varias pequeñas playas que se reparten a lo largo de la costa y la avenida.
A un lado del paseo se extienden por toda la costa pequeñas playas de callao (tan solo tienes que cruzar la calle para remojarte en aguas del Océano Atlántico). Al terminar el paseo se enciuentra la Plaza de las Indias que está plagada de bares, cafeterías, heladerías, restaurantes y terrazas de todo tipo.
Cuando cae la tarde el Paseo se llena de gente paseando disfrutando del ambiente de ocio y la magnífica temperaturas de las que disfruta El Puertito de Guimar todo el año. Hay que destacar que es un recorrido fantástico para pasear e incluso para hacer jogging, disfrutando del olor a mar y la brisa marina.
Como otra información de interés, existen numerosos supermercados prácticamente al lado como es el caso del Spar que se encuentra justo al comenzar la calle en la que se encuentra el alojamiento.
Desde el apartamento es muy fácil moverse a pie por todo el Puertito de Guimar, porque es un pueblo muy cómodo y todo está muy a mano.
Si quieres moverte alrededor de la isla, el Puertito de Guimar está estratégicamente situado ente el norte y eI sur. Desde el apartamento puedes acceder en coche a la autopista en menos de 2 minutos.
Por otro lado, también está la opción del autobus, ya que el apartamento está a 5 minutos andando de la parada de autobuses desde donde salen transporte con muchísima regularidad hacia el sur y hacia el norte.
