Foi totalmente renovado. Quando se entra no apartamento existe uma espaçosa e luminosa sala de estar decorada com um estilo moderno com Tv Lcd com canais internacionais e uma área de jantar tem uma mesa e cadeiras para 6 pessoas, onde pode desfrutar das suas refeições em casa. Há também acesso Wi-Fi em toda a casa. A sala tem acesso a uma varanda com mesas e cadeiras para você aproveitar o ar fresco durante um bom pequeno-almoço ou mesmo de uma bebida ao final do dia.
