The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a longer stay:
- The kitchen is equipped with dishes, toaster, coffee makers, water boiler, hand blender, mixer, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer. A washer-dryer is available in the bathroom and there is enough wardrobe space to store your clothes, as well as the possibility to iron
- Air-condition to cool or heat, but during winter months you can also use normal radiators that are placed under each window, including in the bathroom
- Free parking place is available within the building premises
- The apartment is suitable for 3 persons or a smaller family (there is a sofa bed in the living room and a baby cot is available on request)
- The insect protection screens are placed on every window, but are not fixed and can be pulled up
- Bed linen and towels are available and are changed every two weeks or more at an additional cost
- Pets are allowed on request, and require an end cleaning fee of 60 euros. Das Gebäude hat zwei Etagen, meine Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten (kein Aufzug), mit einem schönen Blick auf den grünen Park.Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat alles was Sie brauchen:- Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Stabmixer, Mixer, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung und es gibt genügend Platz im Kleiderschrank, um Ihre Kleidung aufzubewahren, sowie die Möglichkeit für Bügeln.

- Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen oder eine kleinere Familie geeignet (die Kinder würden auf der Couch schlafen)

L'edificio ha due piani, il mio appartamento è al secondo (senza ascensore), con una bellissima vista sul verde del parco.L'appartamento è completamente arredato e dispone di tutto il necessario:- La cucina è attrezzata con stoviglie, tostapane, caffettiera, bollitore, frullatore a immersione, frullatore, lavastoviglie e frigorifero con piccolo congelatore. Una lavatrice è disponibile in bagno e c'è abbastanza spazio nel guardaroba per riporre i vestiti, così come la possibilità di stirare
- Parcheggio gratuito disponibile all'interno del giardino dell'edificio
- L'appartamento è adatto per 2 persone o una famiglia più piccola (i bambini dormono sul divano)
- Le zanzariere sono disponibili su ogni finestra

The apartment is ideally located just 10 minute walk from the city centar and 13 minutes from the beautiful coastal area Lungomare and the Valkane beach.
