Air-conditioned charming 3 bedroom apartment in a 1870's building in the very heart of Budapest, in a quiet street at the Palace Quarter, a few steps from the National Museum. What we love most about our home is the peace-in-the-city feeling while being in the very heart of Budapest. Some sights are within walking distance and you can reach all major sights in 20-30 minutes by public transport. You have 3 metro lines to choose from (M3, M4 and M2) and many trams, buses, night buses available within a few minutes walk. The National Museum with its magnificent Garden and beautiful greenery is a few steps away. We have a small balcony for a drink and catching the afternoon sunshine. Being our second home, the apartment is equipped to provide comfort. Amenities include air-conditioning in all rooms (3 units), free wi-fi, cable TV, Nespresso coffee machine, built-in hob, microwave, toaster, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.Our neighbourhood is undergoing gentrification resulting in an up and coming area with nice galleries, cafés, terraces and restaurants, etc. We genuinely believe that the Palace Quarter is currently the best area to stay in Budapest if you prefer to stay somewhere characteristic where you still find locals not only tourists and offices.As an Airbnb Superhost for almost 8 years I gained an extensive experience helping travellers feeling at home in Budapest. It genuinely makes me happy if our guests like their stay in one of our apartments. We are a family of four with two, almost grown up children. My husband is a lawyer and we live in a small village North of Budapest in the Pilis mountains. I studied economics at university and started my career in the banking and ssc sectors. After having children I left the corporate world and started my own business working with properties. A Nemzeti Múzeum és a Múzeumkert 2 perc séta. Ingyenes, gyors wifi, tv (Netflix) légkondicionáló 3 beltéri egységgel, jól felszerelt konyha, sütővel, mikróval, mosogatógéppel, vízforralóval, kenyérpirítóval, Nespresso kávéfőzővel.2012 óta foglalkozunk lakáskiadással, Airbnb SuperHost-ként számomra a legfontosabb, hogy a bérlőnk otthon érezze magát. Közgazdász vagyok, a banki és az ssc szektorban dolgoztam korábban. Gyerekeim megszületése után karriert váltottam, 10 éve ingatlanokkal foglalkozom. Mindig nagy boldogsággal tölt el, ha a bérlők néhány napra vagy akár hónapokra, évekre otthon érzik magunkat nálunk Budapesten. Férjem ügyvéd, két gyerekünkkel a Pilisben élünk egy kis faluban. Bármilyen kérdés esetén igyekszünk gyorsan válaszolni.
