To the Maschsee or to the Aegi it is only a 10 minutes walk, the city centre is within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The tram stop Marienstraße is only 5 minutes away. A bus, which goes directly to the main station, is located right on Stolzestraße. You have everything else you need: There are shopping facilities (Netto, Hohl-Ab, or Rewe) and fitness center (Easy Fitness and Sport & Spa) right in front of the door.
