Building: The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building built in 1860. Access is secured by a code, an electronically operated door, and an intercom. Layout: Very nice flat recently renovated, with a very bright living room composed of 3 distinct spaces: a lounge area with a sofa from which you will have an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower, a coffee table and a television; a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. A first bedroom consisting of 2 twin beds, a large wardrobe, and a desk. A corridor where the washing machine and tumble dryer are hidden in a cupboard leads to the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable 180 cm bed and a large storage area. The bathroom with a double washbasin, a towel dryer, and a bathtub equipped with a shower screen and a separate toilet complete the set. The decoration is neat and contemporary. It is a very pleasant flat, entirely renovated with taste, with a plus: the view of the Eiffel Tower!
