Die Atmosphäre der Wohnung wird durch freigelegte Holzbalken sowie sichtbare Holzdecken erhöht. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig und Stadt und See sind nah. In 5 Minuten ist eine Bushaltestelle bzw. eine Bahnstation erreichbar. Die Stadtmitte ist etwa 1000 m weit. Die Mettnau und der Bodensee sind auch etwa 1000 m entfernt.
