It is located in the Wandsbek district with direct access to the beautiful Eichtalpark, where long walks or sporting activities are possible. The overall condition is top! There is a bus stop opposite the property at a distance of approx. 150 m, which can be used as a feeder to the subway station "Wandsbek Markt". This makes it easy to explore the city center by public transport. Supermarkets/discounters are within walking distance.
