The property also has a balcony or loggia, which is a wonderful place to relax from everyday life and listen to the birds in any weather. There is a fitted kitchen in the apartment that you can walk through, making it ideal for playing catch. Another time-saving feature is the parking space for your car, which is part of the property and makes searching for a parking space unnecessary. In dem Apartment stehen drei hübsche und fertig möbelierte Zimmer zur freien Entfaltung zur Verfügung. Ein Schlafzimmer, das groß genug für eine Arbeitsecke und Sofa ist, ein Kinder-Arbeits-/Gästezimmer und ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Zugang zur Küche. Des Weiteren überzeugt der gute Schnitt, durch den das Objekt auch für WGs geeignet ist. Zum Objekt gehört auch ein Balkon bzw. eine Loggia, auf dem es sich wunderbar vom Alltag erholen lässt und man bei jedem Wetter den Vögeln zuhören kann. In der Wohnung ist eine Einbauküche vorhanden, durch die durchgelaufen werden kann, eignet sich also hervorragend zum Fangen-spielen die Wohnung.
