We offer a nice, fully furnished, bright apartment (approx. 35 sqm) with a large daylight bathroom, storage room, and own entrance to the house. In the near future we are planning to renovate the entrance area and in this process also to build our own small terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with shopping facilities (butcher, baker, organic food store, post office) in the immediate vicinity. There is a good bus connection, but a car would still be highly recommended. Sufficient parking spaces are available. The apartment is NOT in the center but on the outskirts! The center has Wunderland automatically thought up. The maximum rental period is 6 months Preferably for commuters to rent but is not a must. We are happy to receive all inquiries. We are a family with children and live above, so you will hear us during the day from time to time, so for shift workers maybe not so ideal. Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung, aber ein Auto wäre dennoch sehr empfehlenswert. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Maximale Mietdauer beträgt 3 Monate. Ggf. kann darüber hinaus verlängert werden. Am liebsten an Pendler zu vermieten, ist aber kein Muss. Wir freuen uns über alle Anfragen. Das Apartement ist nicht mega schallisoliert. Wir sind eine Familie mit Kindern und wohnen oben drüber, man wird uns also hin und wieder hören, daher für Schichtarbeiter vielleicht nicht ganz so ideal.
