The neighborhood is typically Parisian with lots of boulangeries, bars, restaurants and local groceries - 10 minutes walking from famous Republique square and canal St Martin. Der Außenbereich ist kein echter Balkon, daher sollten die Besucher vorsichtig sein, wenn sie sich im Freien aufhalten. Er ist mit einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet, an dem Sie einen Kaffee trinken oder frühstücken können. Die Gegend ist typisch pariserisch mit vielen Bäckereien, Bars, Restaurants und lokalen Lebensmittelgeschäften - 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom berühmten Place de la République und dem Canal St Martin entfernt.
