This is a two-room apartment in the heart of Beuel, right on Konrad Adenauer Platz. A deposit of 4000 € is required for the apartment and the monthly rent is 1350 €. The statement of the last three months is required. You should be employed for an indefinite period. The apartment will be rented for an initial period of six months. If you want to stay in the apartment after that, you would need to discuss this with me. I live nearby with my family and am not dependent on the apartment at the moment.
