Im hinteren Bereich sind ein weißes Duschbad und eine Küchenzeile vorhanden. Im Eingangsbereich ist eine Garderobe, danach betritt man das Schlafzimmer mit dem Durchgang zum Wohnzimmer mit großem Fenster und Loggia. In der Küche ist alles für den täglichen Gebrauch zu finden. In der Miete ist ein Einstellplatz für einen PKW und ein abschließbarer Fahrradstellplatz inkludiert. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein gemeinschaftlicher Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Münzautomat.
