Our flat "Stiefelmühle" is located on the outskirts of St. Ingbert only 2 min. from the A6 (AS IGB-West). The flat is located in a dead-end street and has direct access to the forest area with many hiking and cycling trails. The "PUR" leads almost directly past the house. You can start the walk to the "St. Ingberter Stiefel", the landmark of the town St. Ingbert, directly at the house. Are you travelling on business? SAP, CISPA, Uni SB, Festo, Voit etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The flat has about 70 sqm of living space and was completely renovated in 2023. It has a terrace and a parking space. Unser Appartement „Stiefelmühle“ liegt am Rand von St. Ingbert nur 2 min. von der A6 (AS IGB-West) entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Waldgebiet mit vielen Wander- und Fahrradwegen. Die „PUR“ führt quasi direkt am Haus vorbei. Der Weg zum „St. Ingberter Stiefel“, dem Wahrzeichen der Stadt St. Ingbert, können Sie direkt am Haus beginnen. Sie sind beruflich unterwegs? In unmittelbarer Nähe finden Sie die SAP, CISPA, Uni SB, Festo, Voit etc. Die Wohnung hat rund 70 qm Wohnfläche und wurde in 2023 komplett renoviert.
