With a double exposure, this apartment is very bright. You will have a very beautiful sight on Notre-Dame on one side and on the roofs of Paris and the Town hall on the other side. Layout: Ideally located in the center of Paris, this elegant and recently renovated apartment is bright and offers you all the necessary comfort. Upon entering, you will notice the large entrance that opens to the living room, dining room and bedroom. A large closet and a chest of drawers are also at your disposal in the entrance. The living room has a marble fireplace and a view of the Hôtel de Ville, the roofs of Paris and a bit of the Seine. From the balcony you can see the Bastille and the tower of the Saint-Gervais church. The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather sofa bed (very easy to open) with a very good quality mattress, two armchairs, a coffee table, a desk and a large bookcase. In the library you will find a flat screen TV with a large selection of international channels, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi system with a CD player, a telephone, a high speed fiber optic internet connection and WiFi. The room has two fully adjustable single beds (electric bed base) that can be put together to form a large double bed. On each side of the beds, there is a bedside table and a wardrobe. From the bedroom you have direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is very large, with a magnificent view of the Cathedral of Notre Dame. It is equipped with a table for 6 people and high quality equipment: fridge, freezer, electric oven, electric/gas stove combined, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is very bright with a large window overlooking the towers of Notre-Dame. There is a bathtub/shower, a sink and a toilet. It also includes a washing machine, a dryer, and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate.
