During our 4-month break from July 1st to October 31st, we would like to sublet our beloved apartment in Cologne's Südstadt district. Apartment: The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building with elevator to the apartment. The bright apartment has three balconies (1 x to Chlodwigplatz, 2 x to the inner courtyard (approx. 20 sqm balcony area)). The large dining and living room incl. work area has over 30 sqm and is equipped with a projector, sound system and a comfortable sofa. The bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (140 x 200) faces the quiet inner courtyard with a separate balcony including an outdoor bed on the south side. Also facing the inner courtyard is the fully equipped kitchen with balcony and outdoor seating. Location: Cologne Südstadt is one of the trendiest districts in Cologne. A variety of restaurants, bars and cafés characterize the area. In summer it feels a bit like Italy ;-) The apartment is located directly on Chlodwigplatz with very good train and bus connections to the city center and main station. Several supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, DM) and retailers are within walking distance. The Rhine is only a few minutes' walk away. Visa fler Visa färre Während unserer 4-monatigen Auszeit vom 01. Wohnung: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 5 Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Aufzug bis in die Wohnung. Die helle Wohnung verfügt über drei Balkone (1 x zum Chlodwigplatz, 2 x zum Innenhof (ca. 20 qm Balkonfläche)). Das große Ess- und Wohnzimmer inkl. Arbeitsbereich verfügt auf über 30 qm über Beamer, Soundanlage und einem gemütlichen Sofa. Das Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Boxspringbett (140 x 200) liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof mit separatem Balkon inkl. Außenbett auf der Südseite. Ebenfalls zum Innenhof ist die voll ausgestattet Küche mit Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Lage: Die Kölner Südstadt ist eines der angesagten Veedel in Köln. Eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars und Cafés prägen das Bild. Im Sommer fühlt es sich ein wenig nach Italien an ;-) Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Chlodwigplatz mit sehr guter Bahn- und Busanbindung zur Innenstadt und HBF. Mehrere Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, DM) und Einzelhändler befinden sich fußläufig. Bis zum Rhein sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
