The new construction apartment was finished in 2018 and we are the first tenants. Entering the apartment you come into the long and spacious hallway. At the end of the hallway is the living and dining room with open kitchen. From the living room you can access the great balcony, which invites you to relax, barbecue and sunbathe in the summer. Directly opposite is a park with basketball court, table tennis tables, playground and soccer field. Line 5 leaves directly in front of the house and it takes about 10 minutes to Ehrenfeld and 20 minutes to the Dom/ Hbf. It takes 5 minutes by car to the ALDI, the next Rewe is 10 minutes by car. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug und Fahrradkeller. Die Wohnung befindet sich im neu entstandenen Stadtteil Am Butzweilerhof, direkt neben dem IKEA. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Park mit Basketballplatz, Tischtennisplatten, Spielplatz und Fußballplatz.
