The spacious, lovingly renovated flat in the old coffee house is located on the first floor and is perfect for families, groups or business travellers. On 140 square metres, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 separate WCs, kitchen and large living room with access to the balcony make a stay with several people very comfortable. View of the countryside, quiet location, good transport links. A green oasis ;-) As we also live in the house, virtually door to door, the distances are short. As far as we can, we are of course happy to answer any questions. The accommodation is in a quiet rural location in the middle of the Teutoburg Forest. Start your hikes, bike tours or excursions right outside the front door. You have direct access to the TerraVita nature park. The Terra Track from Limberg to Hohnsberg runs virtually right past the house. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and other shopping facilities are just a few minutes away. There is a car parking space right next to the house. If you are travelling with several vehicles, we can certainly organise something in the immediate vicinity. However, this would have to be communicated in advance. You will also find bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants, swimming pools etc. in the immediate vicinity. Bad Iburg and Lake Chalottensee are basically on the doorstep. Osnabrück city centre is around 15 minutes away by car, while Münster and Bielefeld can be reached in 40 minutes.

Die geräumige, liebevoll sanierte Wohnung im alten Kaffeehaus befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss, eignet sich perfekt für Familien, Gruppen - oder Geschäftsreisende. Auf 140 qm gestalten 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, 2 separate WCs, Küche und großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon den Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen sehr komfortabel. Ausblick ins Grüne, ruhige Lage, guter Verkehrsanschluss. Eine grüne Oase ;-) Da wir ebenfalls im Haus leben, quasi Tür an Tür sind die Wege kurz. Soweit wir können, stehen wir bei Fragen natürlich gerne zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft liegt ländlich in ruhiger Lage, mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Starten Sie Ihre Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren oder Ausflüge direkt vor der Haustür. Sie haben direkten Zugang zum Naturpark TerraVita. Der Terra Track vom Limberg zum Hohnsberg verläuft quasi direkt am Haus entlang. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Apotheken und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Falls Sie mit mehreren Fahrzeugen anreisen, lässt sich sicher in näherer Umgebung etwas organisieren. Das müsste allerdings vorher kommuniziert werden. Weiter finden Sie Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Fleischereien, Restaurants, Schwimmbäder etc. in nächster Umgebung. Bad Iburg mit dem Chalottensee liegen im Grunde vor der Haustür. Mit dem Auto ist man in rund 15 min in der Osnabrücker Innenstadt, Münster und Bielefeld sind in 40 Minuten erreichbar.
