Location: Located next to the Carreau du Temple, in the heart of the Enfants Rouges district, rue de la Corderie is a small, quiet street. The main points of interest of the Marais are just a few steps away, and the transport network will allow you to travel around Paris easily. It is an ideal place to stay away from the noise and yet close to the bustle of Paris. Building and orientation: The flat is on the 2nd floor without a lift of a beautiful building built in 1650. Layout: Upon entering the flat, you are directly in the main room. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and fridge freezer. The dining area with its large table for 6 guests will allow you to enjoy your dinners. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, two armchairs, and a flat-screen television. In the center of this living room is an industrial-style spiral staircase leading to the first floor where the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The original landing with its glazed part leads us on the right to a first bedroom which can accommodate two people sleeping either in two beds of 80 or a large bed if they are joined. At the other end of the corridor is the second bedroom, with the same sleeping arrangements. The bathroom and shower room are located between the two sleeping areas. Immeuble et orientation: L'appartement se trouve au 2ème étage sans ascenseur d'un bel immeuble construit en 1650. Agencement: En entrant dans l'appartement, on se trouve directement dans la pièce principale. Le coin cuisine est parfaitement équipé : lave-vaisselle, four, plaques de cuisson, hotte, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière Nespresso et réfrigérateur combiné congélateur. Le coin repas avec sa grande table pour 6 convives vous permettra de savourer vos diners. Le coin salon agrémenté d'un confortable canapé convertible en un lit en 140, de deux fauteuils et d'une télévision écran plat. Au centre de cette pièce à vivre se dresse un escalier à l'esprit industriel, en colimaçon desservant l'étage où se situent les deux chambres et les deux salles de bain. Le palier, original avec sa partie vitrée nous mène sur la droite à une première chambre pouvant accueillir deux personnes dormant soit dans deux lits séparés de 80 soit un grand lit si on les réuni. A l'autre bout du couloir se trouve la deuxième chambre, dans la même configuration de couchage. La salle de bain et la salle d'eau se trouvent entre les deux espaces nuit.
