Our seven bedrooms provide plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home. Located in the heart of the beautiful white mountains in Germany, our home is the perfect spot for a winter getaway. Whether you're looking to hit the slopes, go on a hike, or just relax and enjoy the scenery, you'll find plenty to do in the surrounding area. We warmly welcome families with children, winter enthusiasts, groups of friends, and anyone looking to escape to the mountains. Our home is a labor of love, and we strive to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all our guests. With your feedback, we hope to continue improving and creating a place you'll want to visit again and again. In the surrounding area of Winterberg-Züschen, nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy. The local ski school offers a great opportunity for skiers of all levels, and when the snow melts, there are plenty of hiking trails to explore. Winterberg itself has a variety of activities for all ages, including a bobsled track, ski lifts, a summer toboggan run, an adventure bridge, playgrounds (including the Bullenwiese Fairy Path for children ages 3 and up), wildlife parks, an alpaca farm, and a climbing forest. If you prefer to stay indoors, there are indoor play areas, swimming pools, and ice skating rinks in Winterberg and Schmallenberg, as well as nearby Center Parcs in Medebach. For a delicious culinary experience, we highly recommend reserving a table at the Essbar across the street.

Hallo liebe Gäste, wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch bei uns im Haus Regenstein! Das Haus ist ein echtes Herzensanliegen für uns - wir wünschen uns, dass ihr euch als Gäste willkommen fühlt und ein Stück Zuhause erlebt! In Zeiten, in denen Wohnraum ein kostbares Gut ist, war uns wichtig, einen Rückzugsort zu schaffen, an dem man mit Freund:innen und der ganzen Familie unkompliziert Zeit verbringen kann. Hier finden in den Gemeinschaftsräumen genug Menschen Platz, zeitgleich haben sie in sieben Schlafzimmern, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Feedback unserer Gäste werden wir uns in den nächsten Jahren weiter entwickeln, um einen Ort zu schaffen, an den man gern zurück kommt! Die Umgebung in Winterberg - Züschen ist perfekt für Naturliebhaber und Winterfans. Mit einer eigenen Skischule bietet der Ort eine wunderbare Möglichkeit für Wintersportler. Sind die Hänge nicht weiß, bieten abwechslungsreiche Wanderrouten Erholung in der Natur. In Winterberg selbst gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Jung und Alt: Bob-Bahn, Skilifte, Sommerrodelbahn, Erlebnisbrücke, Spielplätze (die Bullenwiese vor Ort mit ihrem Feenweg für Kinder ab 3 Jahren), Wildtierparks, Alpakahof, Kletterwald. Und wenn es doch mal nicht raus soll, gibt es sowohl in Winterberg als auch in Schmallenberg Indoorspielplätze, Schwimmbäder, ein Eishäusschen in Hallenberg oder den Besuch in den anliegenden Centerparks in Medebach. Für kulinarische Erlebnisse empfehlen wir wärmstens die Essbar gegenüber - hier unbedingt frühzeitig einen Tisch reservieren.
