Sie wohnen im heilklimatischen Luftkurort Hohegeiß, einem Ortsteil von Braunlage auf einer Höhe von 642 m üNN. Das idyllische Skigebiet mit Liftanlagen lädt zum Skifahren und Rodeln ein. Fußlaüfig sind gemütliche Gastronomien zu erreichen. Ob am Kamin der Almstube, im Blumencafe oder im Biergarten. Die Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama ist immer ein Genuss. Die Wohnanlage ist mit einem Ski- und Fahrradkeller und einem Trockenraum mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
