The multi-party building has a total of four apartments. A spacious garden is made available to all tenants. (community garden) Parking spaces for cars, bicycles, etc. are sufficiently available. Our goal is to create a nice home for young people and students. To achieve this we put our heart and soul into our work. At the same time we demand from our tenants a tidy, reliable and calm cooperation. Location The residential area is a quiet, tidy and good middle-class environment. The house is located in a quiet residential street without through traffic. Bremen Burg-Grambke is located in the north of Bremen and has been "coming" in the last years as a quieter residential area. Especially for students and working people the nearby train station offers a good and fast connection directly to the main train station of Bremen (travel time only about 10 minutes!) and from there again to the city center and the university. In principle, all public transportation such as bus, train and highway are within walking distance. Supermarkets and DIY stores, such as ALDI, LIDL, NETTO, REWE, REAL, OBI, TOOM, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. Visa fler Visa färre Das Mehrparteienhaus verfügt insgesamt über vier Wohnungen. Unser Ziel ist es, ein schönes Zuhause für junge Leute und Studierende zu schaffen. Dafür gehen wir mit viel Herzblut in die Sache. Von unseren Mietern verlangen wir gleichzeitig ein ordentliches, zuverlässiges und ruhiges Miteinander. Lage Bei der Wohngegend handelt es sich um ein ruhiges, ordentliches und gut bürgerliches Umfeld. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Bremen Burg-Grambke liegt im Norden Bremens und ist in den letzten Jahren als ruhigere Wohngegend im "Kommen". Gerade für Studenten und Berufstätige bietet der nahe gelegene Bahnhof eine gute und schnelle Verbindung direkt zum Hauptbahnhof von Bremen (Fahrtzeit nur ca. 10 Minuten!) und von dort wiederum zur Innenstadt und zur Universität. Grundsätzlich sind alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus, Bahn und Autobahn in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
