The fully furnished apartment „RechtsObenRechts“ is located in Klosterstraße in Köln-Lindenthal (university area) and lies in the second row in a greened courtyard area. It has very good traffic connections. Shopping stores and restaurants you can reach in some minutes. The apartment has a living /sleeping room with a modern bed (120 X 200 cm), antique furniture (table, chairs, wardrobe, writing secretary), and satellite television. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, water heater, coffee machine, kitchen appliances. The separate bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Included are also 2x bed linen, towels, etc. The floor consists of granite tiles, the walls are white. The size of the apartment is approx. 25 m². In a separate washing, a house is a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated). For bicycles, there is a separate place available. The monthly rental fee including all other costs is 750,-€. Included is also the governmental fee for radio/ television and internet connection. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment, animals only after consultation. Das Apartment hat zum begrünten Innenhof einen Balkon mit Freisitz und besteht aus Wohn-/Ess-/Schlafzimmer mit modernem Bett (120 X 200), antikem Tisch und Sekretär, einem Sessel und einem antiken Kleiderschrank sowie Fernseher. Die separate Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet mit Esstisch, Kühlschrank, Elektroherd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr/Küchengeräte usw. und hat ein Fenster. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem 2X Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Der Fußboden des Apartments besteht aus Granitfliesen, die Wände sind weiß tapeziert. Die Größe beträgt ca. 25 m².
