The apartment is at the 3dt. floor without elevator, so for wheelchair not possible The apartment is rented with all-inclusive costs: electricity, water, heating, air-con, garage in the basement, and weekly cleaning for free. Party and loud music are forbidden!!!!! This apartment is located in Wesseling, which is 12 km from Cologne and 12 km from Bonn. 10 km from Fantasy land Bruhl. and 3 km from the Bruhl Castle. The supermarket is 2 min walk from the flat. Train station Nr. 16 (Wesseling Mitte) and the fast train (Brühl ) who go to Cologne or Bonn is 10 min away. Big green park ( Entenfang) is also very close to the apartment. I can organize for you a shuttle from/to airport, trade fair, main station, Phantasy land in Brühl, Brühl Castle and other destinations.

Wenn Sie mit mehreren Personen übernachten möchten, können Sie im Wohnzimmer auf dem bequemen Doppelbettsofa schlafen, das eine Matratze und eine 10 Zentimeter hohe Bettauflage hat. In dieser Wohnung können maximal 6 Personen schlafen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3dt. Stock ohne Aufzug, daher für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht möglich Die Wohnung wird mit Pauschalkosten vermietet: Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Klimaanlage, Garage im Untergeschoss und wöchentliche Reinigung gratis. Party und laute Musik sind verboten!!!! Diese Wohnung befindet sich in Wesseling, das 12 km von Köln und 12 km von Bonn entfernt ist. 10 km vom Fantasieland Bruhl. und 3 km vom Schloss Bruhl. Ein großer grüner Park (Entenfang) ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung.
