This is a beautiful 2-room apartment on a total of 49 square meters (floor space of 54sqm) in Neckarstadt Ost, not far from the Neckar in Mannheim. The apartment is located in an old building built in 1910 on the 4th floor (attic) without an elevator. Included in the rent is, among other things, a bicycle to either explore Mannheim or to do the daily errands. After entering the apartment you come into a small hallway, from which the bathroom is on the right. The bathroom is a daylight bathroom, it has a small window and also has a bathtub.
