Own washing machine and dryer are in the washing and drying cellar. The apartment is rented including fully equipped kitchen, high quality crockery and cutlery, well furnished study, TV, very good audio and video equipment, WLAN, towels and bed linen. The all-inclusive rent includes the costs for water, electricity, garbage collection, internet, telephone (only domestic), GEZ, cleaning and janitor service as well as the parking space in the underground garage.
