Von Oberaudorf sind Sie in einer Stunde in München, Salzburg oder Innsbruck, es sind nur 8 min zum Bahnhof und 20 min nach Rosenheim. Im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner, gut sortierter Supermarkt mit Bäckerei. Alle Geschäfte und Ärtze sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
