With the "Gardener's house" you rent your own house with terrace and garden (former gardener's house) on an almost 3,000 sqm large, park-like and completely enclosed property, directly next to our villa. It has its own entrance and its own secluded terrace, where you can relax at any time undisturbed by our daily routine. Your house also has a garden of approx. 200 sqm. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available as well as a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, extractor bonnet and microwave. In the bedroom you will find a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large double bed (180 cm). Home office is possible in the adjoining study with a large desk, sitting area and plenty of storage space. The sitting area can be used as another bed if required (140 cm). In the bright, sun-drenched living and dining room, relax on a huge couch or welcome friends at the large dining table, which seats up to 6 people. In summer, the large terrace doubles the size of the living room and invites you to linger and relax with seating and lounging furniture. In the freshly renovated bathroom you shower in an open shower. There is a washing machine in the basement of the house. The entire house was renovated in October 2022 and equipped with high-quality furniture. Your car will find a parking space in front of the property.
