The first point to be made is the important one. This is a two-floor property and the upstairs is to be reformed and will easily accommodate 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. 
The property has been 50% reformed which is the whole of the downstairs but, there has been water damage, not from the roof which is in very good order but from a covered drain, and, subsequently, the doors downstairs need replacing. Other than that it is in walk-in condition and looks lovely with good quality floor tiles throughout.
Garage space is at a premium and this has a three to four-car garage which gives you an option of creating more accommodation, my choice would be to halve the size and put in a swimming pool, there is also a well-sized patio area. The garage alone has to be worth 20-25,000€ as there is very little garage space available in Salinas.
All in all this property is a spectacular purchase and, if you are in the trade or you can do a lot of the work yourself upstairs then it will not be expensive to create the extra bedrooms and bathroom. The street is cobbled and very tranquil and the neighbours are typical of a small town, very welcoming and friendly.

A pie de calle hay un gran garaje con capacidad para unos 3-4 coches y con acceso a un patio, que a su vez se comunica con la casa. Otra de las opciones sería hacer el garaje más pequeño, para ampliar el patio y poder poner una piscina.Desde el exterior también se accede directamente a la propiedad, donde encontramos una sala de estar a la derecha, un dormitorio a la izquierda y en frente del recibidor, si seguimos hacia dentro, hay un pequeño salón con acceso a la cocina que a su vez tiene acceso al baño principal y a un patio donde se encuentra también la zona de lavadero. Otra de las puertas, desde la cocina nos lleva a otro amplio recibidor el cual tiene acceso al patio que hemos nombrado anteriormente que da al garaje, y a unas escaleras que acceden a la planta superior, que antiguamente era la cambra de la casa. Hoy en día se encuentra para reformar y podrían salir dos dormitorios más.
