Algunas veces queremos una casa con todas las comodidades de un chalet pero no queremos tener los gastos que ello supone, y aquí tienes una buena opción. Es una casa adosada en un conjunto de 6 viviendas que comparten el jardín muy bien cuidado y una piscina comunitaria con una lámina de agua de 85 m2La planta baja tiene el salón, cocina, un dormitorio, un baño completo y un lavadero. La planta primera tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños. La cochera está a un nivel inferior (no sótano) ya que su acceso es desde la calle trasera siendo a su mismo nivel que la calle. Tiene unas muy bonitas vistas al mar que son desde las habitaciones de la planta primera.
Es sin dudar, una opción muy interesante que tendrías que valorar antes de decidirte a comprar cualquier otra casa. ¿Quieres visitarla?

Le premier étage comprend deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Le garage se trouve à un niveau inférieur (pas en sous-sol) car son accès se fait par la rue arrière qui est au même niveau que la rue. Les chambres du premier étage offrent de très belles vues sur la mer.
