The Herdade da Castas Nobres, has planted vines of grape varieties characteristic of the region and very good adaptation to the soils and climates of the region where it is located, as well as ARAGONES, ALICANTE BOUSCHET and CASTELÃO.

A Vinha, agora está muito bem tratada, com um plano de adubação a ser efetuado desde a primeira hora que iniciamos os nossos trabalhos, tendo a mesma cultura respondido no imediato com excelentes produções, tanto a nível de quantidade como a nível de qualidade, sendo já uma referência na região. De referir que também a este nível, efetuamos uma grande operação de reconversão, desde sistemas de regas, podas, armações, pois os paus e arames existentes estavam bastante danificados, colocando nós várias centenas no terreno estando já devidamente reparado.
Quanto a produções poderemos falar num aumento bastante significativo de produção, pois no último ano de produção conseguimos alcançar o magnifico número de mais de 450.000 kgs de uvas na Herdade das Castas Nobres, tendo uma média de mais de 16.000 kgs/ha, que para a região é um valor muito elevado, dado que as medias de produção situam-se abaixo dos 5.000 kgs/ha. Tal aumento deve-se apenas ao sistema de poda, boas adubações e uma boa gestão de rega.
A Herdade da Castas Nobres, possui plantada vinha de castas características da região e de muito boa adaptação aos solos e climas da região onde está inserida, bem como, ARAGONES, ALICANTE BOUSCHET e CASTELÃO.
Qualquer uma delas tem grande produção, devido aos solos e climas, bem como a forma de plantação e tratamento que são efetuados diariamente.
A casta Aragonês tem uma área de plantação de cerca de 14 ha, possuindo a casta base para uma possível transformação de uvas em vinho, dado ser a base de uma grande parte de vinhos na região do Alentejo, dando um sabor e características únicas.
A casta Alicante Bouschet, tem uma área de implantação de cerca de 13 ha, sendo que se trata de uma casta oriunda de França, mas com grande capacidade e adaptação na região do Alentejo desde à muitos anos, obtendo grandes produções e grande qualidade tendo a capacidade de puder efetuar por si só grandes vinhos, pois tem caraterísticas únicas.
No que se refere à casta restante, a casta Castelão, possui uma área de implantação de cerca de 5 ha. A casta Castelão é uma casta de grande capacidade para acompanhar outras na vertente de blend de grandes vinhos, tendo igualmente boas produções de uva.
A rega da propriedade é efetuada através de 6 furos artesianos, que tem a agua suficiente para alimentação da vinha na sua totalidade, no entanto, a Herdade das Castas Nobres possui uma charca de grande capacidade, com cerca de 100m de comprimento com 50 metros de largura, e cerca de 30 de profundidade, bem como um reservatório de agua que serve para armazenagem de agua de todos os furos existentes, que hoje se encontram a funcionar devidamente, o que também não acontecia aquando da aquisição da mesma pela nossa parte.
