Das Landhaus Andrea liegt im Zentrum des praktisch gelegenen Dorfes Uttendorf am Fuß des Hohen Tauern Gebirges. Die Wohnungen befinden sich alle auf der 2. Etage. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und etwas älter, aber gepflegt und macht einen häuslichen Eindruck. Sie verfügen über einen Balkon auf der hinteren Seite der Wohnung. In der 3. Etage befindet sich ein gemeinschaftlicher Aufenthaltsraum (für insgesamt 14 Personen), der für das Frühstück zur Verfügung steht. Beachten Sie bitte das schräge Dach in dieser Etage. Wenn Sie alle drei Wohnungen buchen, bewohnen Sie die 2. und 3. Etage ganz alleine. Besonderheiten: Die Unterkünfte AT-5723-03, AT-5723-04 und AT-5723-05 können auch zusammen reserviert werden. Die Wohnküche und Kitchenette haben je zwei Herdplatten.
Le gîte Andrea se situe dans le centre du village dUttendorf, au pied du massif des Hohen Tauern. Les gîtes se trouvent au deuxième étage. Laménagement est simple, dépoque, soigné et familial. Vous disposerez dun balcon donnant sur larrière des gîtes et vous trouverez au troisième étage une salle de détente commune (pouvant accueillir 14 personnes) dans laquelle vous pourrez déjeuner. Attention : le plafond de cet étage est mansardé. Si vous réservez les trois gîtes, vous serez les seuls occupants du 2ème et du 3ème étages. Particularités : Les gîtes AT-5723-03, AT-5723-04 et AT-5723-05 peuvent être réservés ensemble. La cuisine-séjour et la kitchenette sont équipées de deux plaques de cuisson.
