Enjoy the great Majorcan summer in the refreshing chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3 metres and with a depth from 1.3 to 1.8 metres. Around the pool, there is a fantastic terrace to sunbathe on one of the 4 comfortable sunbeds, or protect from the sun at the central hours of the day while you read a book. By the house you will find a fantastic furnished porch, with a relax area where you can sit to celebrate life with a glass of champagne, and with another area with a dining table to taste the delicious grilled meats and vegetables barbecues. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby, although privacy is total. This beautiful chalet has two floors. It has a simple style characterised by the soft Mediterranean colours. When you enter you find a fantastic living room with sofas where you can sit to rest and watch the satellite TV. From an arch we get into the dining room. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher among others. It communicated with the living room through an open window. You will also find a laundry room with a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board in the house. There are 3 bedrooms to rest, all with a double bed, a closet and an en-suite bathroom, two of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Two of them are on the ground floor and the last one on the first floor, and it also has AC and exit to the terrace where you can also relax or have a drink in the evening. Two fans, a cot and a high chair are also available on request. The house offers oil central heating. This chalet is located in the residential area of Son Serra de Marina. It si a little fisher village with more affluence of tourists and locals in the summer. You will find the basic services like some restaurants and shops. You will have to go to Can Picafort for anything else. The nearby beach presents rocks, coarse-grained sand and shallow crystalline waters, with a great family atmosphere. You can visit other near beaches like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Ein morgendliches Bad im hauseigenen Pool, ein Nickerchen zu Mittag im Schatten und nachmittags an den Strand - so oder so ähnlich könnte ein Tag in diesem mediterranen Ferienhaus aussehen. Das 6 x 3 Meter große, ovale Schwimmbad ist zwischen 1.3 und 1.8 Meter tief und wird mithilfe von Chlor gereinigt. 4 Sonnenhungrige erfreuen sich mehrerer Liegen, die entweder in die pralle Sonne oder unter den Schirm gestellt werden können, je nach Lust und Laune. Egal ob man auf der Schaukel die Seele baumeln lässt, mit Freunden zusammen frühstückt oder abends ein herzhaftes Steak auf den Grill wirft, von der Veranda aus hat man den Pool immer gut im Blick. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und es gibt einige Nachbarn rundherum, obwohl der Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Das zweistöckige Chalet verspricht Wohnen in freundlicher und mediterraner Atmosphäre. Obwohl man die Tage sicherlich am liebsten draußen verbringt, kann es schön sein, nachmittags einen Film zu gucken oder ein paar Stunden beim Lesen auf dem Sofa zu verbringen. Satellitenfernsehen mit deutschen und englischen Sendern ist vorhanden. Ein echter Hingucker ist der sandfarbene Rundbogen, der unseren Gästen Zugang zum eleganten Essbereich verschafft. Die Küche bietet eine gute Grundausstattung, die einen Ofen, eine Mikrowelle sowie ein Cerankochfeld umfasst. Auch ein Geschirrspüler darf nicht fehlen, da im Urlaub bestimmt niemand Lust auf Abwasch hat. Unseren Gästen steht auch einer Wäsche mit eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett und ein Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung. Die drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett haben einen romantisch-eleganten Touch. Dafür sorgen kräftige Farben, elegante Leuchter, verschnörkelte Bettgestelle bzw. das Bett mit Himmel, das einfach nur zum Träumen einlädt. Alle drei Zimmer haben ein en-suite Bad, zwei mit Dusche und das dritte mit Wanne, damit es morgens zu keinen Engpässe kommt. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit Himmelbett - übrigens das einzige im ersten Stock - überrascht mit einer kleinen Terrasse sowie Klimaanlage. Zwei Fans, Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl werden selbstverständlich gerne zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus verfügt über eine Zentralheizung. Der beschauliche Ort Son Serra de Marina befindet sich im Norden der Sonneninsel. Selbst im Sommer ist dort eher wenig los - nur am herrlichen Naturstrand finden sich oft Sonnenhungrige und Naturliebhaber ein. Im Ort findet man nur ein paar wenige - aber gute - Restaurants, eine Apotheke und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Geschäfte sind im Nachbarort Can Picafort zu finden. Der Strand von Son Serra de Marina ist eine Mischung aus Felsen, Kieseln und Sand. In der Umgebung findet man weitere schöne Strände wie Puerto de Alcúdia und Can Picafort. A su alrededor, tienen una fantástica terraza para tomar el sol en una de las 4 cómodas tumbonas, o protegerse del sol en las horas centrales bajo la sombrilla mientras leen un libro. Junto a la casa, encontrarán un estupendo porche amueblado, con una zona de relax donde sentarse a celebrar la vida con una copa de cava, y con otra zona de comedor donde degustar las riquísimas barbacoas de carnes y verduras a la brasa. La propiedad se encuentra vallada y hay vecinos al lado, aunque la privacidad es total. Este bonito chalet distribuye sus estancias a lo largo de 2 plantas. Tiene un estilo sencillo caracterizado por por los colores claros del Mediterráneo. Al entrar encontramos un fantástico salón con sofás donde sentarse a descansar y a ver la televisión por satélite. A través de una arcada accedemos a la zona de comedor. La cocina es independiente y está equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas y lavavajillas, entre otros. Se comunica con el salón a través de una pequeña ventana abierta. En la casa también encontrarán una lavandería con lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Para descansar hay 3 dormitorios con cama de matrimonio, armario y baño en suite, dos con ducha y uno con bañera. Dos de ellos se encuentran en la planta baja y el tercero está en la primera planta y dispone además de aire acondicionado y salida a la terraza del primer piso donde salir a relajarse, tomar el sol o tomar una copa al atardecer. Dos ventiladores, así como una cuna y una trona están disponibles bajo petición. La vivienda ofrece calefacción central gasoil. Este chalet se encuentra en una zona residencial de Son Serra de Marina, un pequeño pueblo de pescadores con mayor afluencia de locales y turistas en el verano.
